So those of you that have been following along will have noticed a little change in me over the last week or two.
A little bit of optimism.
A spring in my
step type blog words…
After living pretty much hell on earth for the last few years, with the Universe defecating on my head like it was a spectator sport, just a weekend away of wandering around the city, going to a party, midnight burgers and a lesuirely sleep in did WONDERS for my stress levels.
Sure, the effluent is still hitting the airconditioner on a regular basis and the slightest thing makes my blood pressure rise, but I am feeling like I can cope and I can deal and that weekend of nothingness and everythingness what just what my SOUL needed.
So my point? I have one… on Friday July 27 it is Stress Down Day, where you take time to like STRESS THE HELL DOWN ALREADY OMG. And I have teamed up with the lovely peeps at Bupa and Lifeline to do a fun giveaway type thingamahboobie.
All you need to do is follow me on Pinterest, comment here with your pinterest name and I will add you to my Pinterest board here as a contributor, and then you can pin things that help you stress down.
A cuddle under a soft blanket.
A long country drive.
Hot salty fries.
50 Shades of Grey
Whatever, and on Friday 3 people will be chosen to receive their chosen ‘stress down’ item (to the value of $75 – no one is going to Tahiti if I AM NOT GOING TO TAHITI.) not by me so I don’t have to STRESS about choosing.
You can pin anything that takes your fancy, even repin the stuff already there if you, like me, think All of the Housewives from All of The Places is your ultimate stress release.
Gotta love some crazy arsed rich bitches AMIRIGHT?
The prizes are only open to Aussie residents but you can still totally pin shit in there too even if you are not eligible to win.
Cause I could do with some ideas for when the bliss wears off.
To add to my ‘stuff to prevent another brain fartage’ file, cause I am pretty sure we are all in agreement I can’t afford to lose any MORE grey matter.
No matter what shade it comes in.
