I am taking a tiny break, but I feel guilty when I do that so I have got you some awesome biatches to entertain you in my absence.
Today your biatch is the lovely Amanda who just went all fancy and shit with self hosted.
So, when Kelley put the call out for guest posters I thought, why not? But, in my heart I knew why not. She’s the Serena to my Samantha Stephens, the cool one with the raven black hair, kicking up her fabulous heels, drinking margaritas and eating macarons, and having a great time (when her brain is farting) whilst I sit at home, wearing my pink apron (I SWEAR it’s because Miss 4 makes me! It doesn’t even sit right over my boobs, so what’s the point, really?), making pink meringues and drinking my cream sherry.
With some trepidation I introduced Kelley to my husband (image from here )
What could I possible offer the hip people who hang out with Kelley? Could I tempt them with some of my homely cooking? Why would they be interested when she has already proven herself Queen of Awesome in this area? Could I dazzle them with my expertise in the field of home crafts? Well, no, because Kelley has that covered too.
Really, as I thought more about it I was further overcome by the awesomeness of Kelley and feeling a little bit more inadequate and “square”.
Which is why I decided that it was probably better that I didn’t do a guest post for Kelley, because if I couldn’t offer something pretty and shiny (like a pair of Kelley’s shoes), and if I couldn’t find you something amusing on LOLCats, then really, there didn’t seem to be any point.
Amanda is sitting at the computer, eating baby pink meringues and blogging over at A Permanent Flux so she doesn’t have to go and play Barbies with the dungeon master otherwise known as Miss 4.
