As I type this, at 9.10pm Sunday night, it is less than 10 hours until Moo logs on to her computer and finds out the result of 13 years of schooling.
In less than 10 hours from now, we will be standing watching, waiting, biting our nails waiting for her reaction.
In less than 10 hours from now she will find out her final year score. A score of which I don’t fully understand, full of bell curves and comparisons, but know the numbers required for her to attend the university of her choice.
In less than 10 hours from now we will be either screaming for joy or scrambling for words, any words that will soothe or console.
In less than 10 hours from now I will know if in a few short months there will be one less plate at our table.

At 6.58am Moo got an SMS with her results. We stood around waiting for The Boyfriend to turn up before she would open it.
She did really well. She doesn’t want me to share her score on teh internetz – which is totally understandable – but I will say, considering the absolute hell we have been through this year {some shared, some not, not my story to tell and all that} she did fucking AMAZING and I am really really proud of her.
YAY MOO! You rocked that shiznit.

Yes, her score was more than enough to get into any of the four billion courses she applied for. Now we wait for first round offers from the Uni’s…
